Text Box: The document imaging system is completely integrated into your application. Scanned documents are cataloged by the system. Images can be stored in multiple locations on your network. Each image will be attached to a record in your system. This will allow you to retrieve stored images that have been attached to database records with a press of a button. Multiple images can be stored for a single item. Save time and space by scanning contracts, price listings, delivery documents, and payment receipts. Documents of all types can be stored. When it is time to retrieve the documents, you can view, print, fax and email the scanned documents from your desk. By added OCR or Bar Code reading to you image capture device, cataloging can automatically be done for you.
